Deaf people have since recognition of sign language in the Social Security Code, 2001, the right to appoint interpreters for public concerns in training, study and work, at the doctor, employment office, in court or in government agencies cost to take health insurance, for employers, agencies or pension insurer.http://www.healthreviewscam.com/

The International Day of the Deaf, the World Association World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) in1951 to life, is committed since the mid-70s in Germany on the last Sunday in September. It calls attention to the special situation of deaf people and promotes the sign language, as it is called. Actions and events are available in many states.
Nationwide work according to Association of the Deaf just 500 sign language interpreters, so that sufferers often have to wait weeks to a communication means. Sandra Kanschat, learned clerk for office communication, found in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern no sign language course. She completed a two year course in font interpreter, as she says.  http://www.healthreviewscam.com/nutritional-diet-for-the-lunch/

The computer shorthand had been taken from the American and being offered in Germany only since about ten years. In the meantime, perhaps a dozen working German have high-speed recorder as a simultaneous translator for the deaf. One of them is the 34-year-old Kanschat. The mother of two founded five years ago in the at Schwerin their interpreter service "transcript”. The Steno-system it creates up to 400 syllables per minute-three to four times what could be typed with a normal keyboard, she says.
